Hemroids and Coffee

Hemroids and coffee are actually perfectly harmless, unless you drink too much coffee. What happens is coffee by nature is a dehydrating agent.

Therefore too much coffee will dehydrate your body. Now dehydration of the body can make the stools very dry, hence very hard to evacuate.

This of course is a perfect conditions for hemroids.

What Is Reasonable

The normal intake of coffee is one to two cups per day. Anything above two cups daily is considered too much.

If you are a walking coffee machine and drink six cups of coffee a day, you would be considered a high risk of exposing yourself to getting hemroids.

The way to avoid hemroids is to either cut down on your coffee intake, or drink a lot more water than normal to compensate for every cup of coffee you drink.
