Bicycling and Hemroids

Bicycling and hemroids are most definitely connected in the sense that cycling may cause you hemroids.

The reason this happens is by the enormous friction you cause by sitting on the bicycle saddle.

The continuous rubbing on the saddle every time you turn the pedals causes friction.

On top of the friction that is caused by sitting on the saddle, and also the fact that your anus is pressed down hard on the saddle, causes a lack of blood flow in the anal area.

Combo Effect

The combination of these factors may cause you hemroids, (one must be prone to this) and if you already have a hemroid it may induce further deterioration.
